Don't quit boxing because of your job... I know it is sometimes hard to find the time to boxe while working 40/45/50 hours per week, but we are many in this situation.
Try to make a schedule on when it fits you the most. Twice a week is already fine, depending on the training you do.

I usually dont do sport the day after I have been to the boxing club. after 1h30/2h of training and sometimes sparring, my body definitely needs to rest for a day. So when I go on Tuesday and thursday and I go running or rope jumping on the weekend it is already a decent training, not as complete as I would like it but At least much better than quiting.

Very often I am super motivated at the beggining of the day, thinking I will do in the evening amazing training. After 10h shift the dynamic is different and this is when MENTAL STRENGHTS has to do the job!

Dont be a quitter, stay strong! Also if it is not the case try to find a club or gym where you appreciate the people and trainers, this will naturally give you extra motivation to move you a** and go boxing!

Don't quit, twice a week is minimal for you to progress slowly! The job comes and goes, the training must be always, don't screw your life because of a job. But, don't miss any training than, always try to do these two trainings and as Svoboda said, try to incorporate some 30min of extra work once a week (or more if you can) like running, rope jumping, swimming, outdoor trim-trail and you will be tip-top!

What about half hour of very hot sauna in my bathroom with half kg of salt?
Would that help me to get leaner?

I don't know nothing about salt in sauna, I just know that there is finnish and turkish sauna, and I know they have some good benefits. Don't do nothing extreme, and don't try to get leaner fast. To get leaner you must work on your diet, you can google it but some of the general rules are schedule of eating (no eating at evening/night), remove all sugars, processed food and stuff and don't overeat.

The training is beneficial, but diet is the most important if you want to look good. Also it depends on how old are you, the older you are, it will be harder to get leaner but if you are persistent everything will fall in place and you will look lean and mean. Good luck!

It's fine to do it twice a week. Perfectly fine. Athletes and fighters are defined by how they live day to day, outside of the gym as well (especially perhaps.)

A piece of advice as to how to train and perhaps live to have a fine boxing mind: when you feel like you are slowing down, or starting to cruise, make a habit of pushing yourself and speeding up. The habit of hitting the second and third gear when as a response to laziness is wondrous in boxing. That's how you should do your roadwork as well. Up the pace now and then, continously feel how you transfer the energy, explode when some feeble part of you tries to slow you down. D'Amato would always get his pupils in shape before they got into the ring, because when you are conditioned, you cannot use fatigue as an excuse for quitting.

Everything with moderation of course. Balance is the key, and careless overtraining is as much a malady as laziness, except on the opposite side of the spectrum.

    Cheers.

I did overtraining because I use to do 10 miles of roadwork plus 3 hrs in boxing gym for 365 days 3 years in a row not a single rest day.
But when it hit me I could not train for almost 2 years nothing including motivation was bad.

2 days a week because you are weak farken.

I'm born old Soviet Union. We sleep in Snow and run on rocks. Bare feet. We punch wall bare knuckle and fight bear with stick. We drink coffee like water and eat raw fish two time per day only. One time, I train 48 hours straight no rest, no sleep, no drink, no blink eye.

Rest is for da weak. Sleep one hour per night 7 years straight.

Train 2 times per week because you are weak. Son of ***** sh1t.
