Did anyone see the Hagler-Demmings fight?

I hope someone can help me out with how this fight went from start to finish. My buddy Doug who's now passed on trained hard for Hagler but it wasn't enough. I've not been able to get a copy of the fight if it exists.

Yes, it exists. I'm sure manassa has probably seen it also. I'll keep it short. Demmings boxed smartly for a few rounds but visibly tired in the middle rounds. He bloodied Hagler's nose but otherwise didn't make him blink. I can say it was pretty much all Hagler the whole way as Doug would only put an occasional 1-2 together.

Around 6,7,8 he was really struggling and looked like all he wanted to do was find a place so he could rest. at times he would spit out his mouthpiece but the ref would pick it up for him and kept making him put it back in.

Byt the eighth when it was over you could see that he had no desire to fight at all and had had enough.

Like Rooster says, Hagler always looked like the winner, although Demmings did get off a few nice shots. Thing is, he didn't have the power to match his moves, or rather, he didn't get the chance to sit down on his punches with Hagler stalking him. Demmings was eventually clubbed down in the eighth after having a pretty rough time in the previous two rounds. Hagler landed a couple of real brutal shots but the end came through accumulation.
