He is a big mofo though..last time i saw him fight in k1 he was getting his ass beat than scored a knockout on the dude in the 2nd round out of nowhere...Dont know the others name cuz i dont watch it much, but i t was on ESPN 2 about 3 months ago id say.

I would have to say Sapp if it were next week. Sapp is a serious threat to anyone in MMA. It takes top notch guys to defeat him. Sapp may be able to out muscle him at this point. Sapp will have a few inches in height, and 100lbs. weight advantage.

Boxers have gone over to K1, and did rather well. Sapp looks no better than a tough man fighter in K1, and does just as well. His size and strength allow him to get away with a lack of technique against some of the much smaller fighters he faces.

Kimbo looks interested in learning different techniques, Sapp does not. I might not favor Sapp in the near future, but for now I would.

But I guess I'll answer it, while Kimbo is clearly the sharper looking boxer, Sapp has been in striking only matches against some very good (great actually) kickboxers and won a few, so he has alot more experience that would relate to boxing. I would really need to see more of Kimbo to pick a winner.

Sapp is fucking MAHOOSIVE!!

He would be the most intimidating guy in the world if you didn't know how much of a joke he was.
That being said, he would still beat Slice.

Iron Duke, this question is for you. I don't know why this is in the classic boxing section, but I responded anyway.

I have followed MMA for over a decade, but not religiously. You seem to be an MMA guy. Was my previous post in this thread correct? Just curious to see if an MMA person agrees with me.

Sapp looks like absolute shit as of late, and has never taken his MMA training seriously, in an MMA fight, I would take Kimbo by work ethic and training.

Not sure, Bob Sapp is meant to be very fat and out of shape at the moment, although he is a laughing stock as of late he did seriously give Nogueira a big run for his money and battered Big NOG from Pillar to post before Sapps stamina ran dry.
As much as people hate to admit this, Sapp's titanic size and strength can give many fighters trouble........but to be honest i think his day is done. He was so intimidating due to his size that many fighters were afraid to punch with him. Now after a few fighters have traded with him they have found out his fatal flaw : a glass chin.

Sapp is a nice guy and does have a tonne of heart but his days of being a contender are long long gone.
