Some interesting heavy weight fights

Taras Bidenko(22-2) vs Richel Hersisia(29-1) on the undercard of Sturm vs Alcolo june the 30th

Goran Gogic (16-3) vs Cisse Salif(20-7),and Pedro Carrion(6-1) vs Alexander Ustinov(6-0) in Germany july the 6th.Great heavy weight hope Solis is scheduled to appear on that fight card ,too.

A pity that Carrion isnt the youngest fighter anymore. He could have gone very far in the paid ranks IMO.
Gogic is a very talented heavy who just lacks ko power and the mental toughness to compete with the upper echelon of his weight division.
Nevertheless he should be able to beat the tough African Salif.

Bidenko vs Hersisia is also a quite interesting fight.
Hersisia can punch, and Bidenko hasnt been the same figher since he was brutally knocked out by his compatriot Virchis.
In terms of skills the Dutch based Caribbean cant hold a candle to the relatively feather fisted but very skilled Bidenko.
Bidenko's chin is still a question mark.I very much hope this upcomming bout will not only boost Bidenko's self confidence ,but it will also answer some questions about Bidenko.
Very important crossroad fight for both Bidenko and Hersisia.

Hersisia is currently trained by the Roggichianni brothers(pleade correct me if i am wrong in the spelling), so maybe he could pick up some skills along the way

Haha! Not very likely,raggamuffin!

Hersisia's best weapon is his firepower, and his strength. He has never been the most talented fellow in the skill department. He reminds me a bit of a human tank.

Ustinov? I have no idea, unitas.Have never seen him fight in a box ring.Well,he has to be bloody good in order to beat Carrion.
A pity that Carrion hasnt much time left to make noise at the big boys' league!
The old geezer should have turned pro 15 years ago!

Universum Champions Night“
June,the 30th, Stuttgart

WBA-Weltmeisterschaft im Mittelgewicht
Felix Sturm (GER) vs. Noe Tulio Gonzalez Alcoba (URU)

WIBF-Weltmeisterschaft im Jr. Fliegengewicht
Julia Sahin (GER) vs. Hollie Dunaway (USA)

GBU-Weltmeisterschaft im Jr. Bantamgewicht
Alesia Graf (GER) vs. tba

WBA-Interkontinentale Meisterschaft im Schwergewicht
Taras Bidenko (UKR) vs. Richel Hersisia (NED)

WBC-Internationale Meisterschaft im Supermittelgewicht
Denis Inkin (RUS) vs. Jozsef Nagy (HUN)

Bidenko vs Hersisia should be the main event of this fight card.
Sturm's title challenger is totally unknown outside his native country, and his record is full of very limited victims. This voluntary title defense is a shame.
Sturm likes talking about big fights, and keeps dismissing Abraham. He really seems to think that he is the guy who calls the shots, and he is the one who dominates the middle weight division.
He talks the talk, but doesnt walk the walk.Abraham will face a teak tough challenger who will go to war trying to give his Armenian compatriot hell.Khoren Gevor is a capable and skilled warrior-no unknown clubfigher from Uruguay.
Anyway!
Bidenko vs Hersisa is the most interesting fight of this upcomming fight card.

Re: Some interesting heavy weight fights

Accordind to the news Taras Bidenko won a very close fight against Richel Hersisia at yesterday's fight event in Germany on the undercard of Sturm vs Alcola.
Hersisia seemed to be the aggressor throughout the entire bout, but Bidenko seemed to be able to score enough points by counterboxing his more agressive foe.
Good victory for Bidenko, but to tell the truth I very much hope that Bidenko would make a telling statement by clearly dominating his lesser skilled Dutch based Carribean opponent!
Bidenko still seems to be a litte bit gunshy after his devastating loss to Virchis.
