Foot injury
 

Hi guys I was sparring the other night it was going great untill stepped out to avoid a shot and turned over on my ankle and my knee.It was strange because it never happened before and since then barely able put any weight on it.Anyone have an idea of what it could be,Iv been told its nothing serious but its starting to worry,annoy me.:good

Dunno but take calcium / vitamin d / omega 3 capsules to avoid injury in the future.
