Hotel room work out - boxing

Hey Guys.

I've gotten back in the gym after ten years away, I had 120 amateur fights and fought in the Olympic trials a few times... I have decided to have a couple of corporate fights before maybe twisting the arm of my wife to let me fight profesionally.

My job is quite demanding, requires me to be away from home quite a bit which means I can't train at the gym with my trainer.

Do any of you have any suggestions around ways to train outside of the gym in a hotel environment? Boxing specific, so shadow boxing drills, other drills you can use, strengthening drills?

How do you guys keep going outside the ring and potentially without a boxing bag?

Turning pro without sparring is stupid.

Ask your coach what you can do for drills at home, or Google them as there's too many for me to name. You must have your endurance up if you plan to go professional, I'd suggest running in your workout too.
