Just wondering what rep range would be best to use if I was going to be doing some circuits targeting the whole body.
Also if anyone has any good ones please post them.
Try squats, bench presses, rows, shoulder press, hyper extensions, upright rows. stiff leg deadlifts, tricep, presses, curls. start out with 30-50 lb barbell and do 8-12 reps. One giant super set it seems light at first, but it gets hard dowm the stretch.
