Boxing with a hernia
 

Have anyone been training or fighting with a hernia i have been fighting and training with hernias the past 3 years. I had one and had the surgery and then had an other at the other side. I was training my way throuth these hernias succesfully untill i read somewhere that there is a possibility that the hernia will be raptured and you get infection.

But its a rare condition I have a fight comming up next sunday and i am thinking am i pushing my lack or i should discard it....
