Joe Selkirk

Not really seen box much before but always hearing and reading rave reviews of him. Bellew said Selkirk is the best in his gym. His fight against Jason Ball was on BoxNation before so I watched it. It is pretty hard to say how good someone is when facing a limited opponent but Selkirk did look like he had something special about him. His style reminds me of Floyd Mayweather. He looked like he never got out of second gear agains Ball. He looked so relaxed and slick.

I realise he has not been very active, and hear he has had problems with his hands, and also that he has not been as dedicated in the past. But what do you think? Can he go all the way. When is his next fight?

wont go past british level IMO.
Not active enought, and when he step up to better opposition he didnt excel, perfect example is the o'meara fight where selkirk was lucky to get the decision.needs to be alot more active if he wants to achieve this much talked about potential
