Henry Cooper vs Carl Froch at heavyweight. Who takes this one?

The Coop would probably be up against here if you ask me. He didn't deal well when fighting men bigger and stronger than him as can be seen in his loss to Joe Bugner. Froch with his pressure style, superior chin and strength would prove to much for "Our 'Enry" if I was to wager money on this.

I feel Froch would put on a repeat of his performance against Bute and bully Cooper into early submission. Froch takes this by KO inside 7 rounds.

Froch is not such a big supermiddleweight and Cooper weighed about 190 around age 20 .

Believe it or not , but I think that Cooper would have still been 2 big 4 Froch and fought nothing like Bute .

But then if some1 like Jimmy Ellis , almost a middleweight by his era's standards became a heavyweight titlist , maybe Froch could 2 .

Froch was shorter than Ellis , so IDK how much more could he put on and remain effective . I wonder what his in d ring weights usually R .

I think Froch weighs around 90 kilos/just under 200lbs on fight night. He said so in an interview not to long ago.

I find it hard to believe Froch could go from 168 at the weigh-in to 200 on fight night, but maybe I'm wrong.

Anyway, I reckon Cooper would knock Froch spark out.

Ellis was a lanky and still physically developing middleweight.

He doesn't. He is always very close to the super middleweight limit and doesn't have to shed too much weight, despite appearing massive at the weight.

It looks like Anne Frank has been giving Carl dieting tips.

Are you on crack? That's bullshit. Froch is usually no more than about 5 pounds above 168 come fight night. 200lbs :rofl
