atleast ur making an effort m8, was a bit nervouse this arvo b4 sparring as i havent done sht for ages other than weights, my cardio has really gone down a tone so i was worried about gassing big time but it was all good, experiance pervailed, doing it once a week for cardio and helping a mate out as he wants to learn a bit more and isnt learning much at the gym he currently trains at. I got to have fun or im just not intrested and i have fun sparring, not much fun just hitting the bags.

I am re-reading his book at the moment, it is sad how his career ultimately ended although he did KO any credibility Danny Green had left.
