This is as close to a pick 'em fight as can be drawn up. In the end, though, I think Alvarado is big enough to gradually wear down Rios and eke out a very close, controversial decision by sweeping the last couple of rounds.

Alvarado has to mix it up in there, can't just brawl with Rios.

Think they will weigh about the same entering the ring. Alvarado with a slight height 'advantage'. I'm worried about him getting cut. Prepare for an uppercut fest!

Rios has a killer jab. Alvarado should bring it to him early and show him something he's never felt before to try and demotivate him.

Best B'day ever. So many fights. First a UK Heavyweight fight, UFC 153 then finally this card. Going to be one looooong night.

Alvarado get the TKO around the 9th or 10th. Hey this is a 10 round fight right? I read the Alvarado interview and he kept saying about it being a 10 rounder.

Laugh if it turns into a clinch fest and they both gas out within 5 rounds from over-exertion and just end up trying to box each other with the jab
