I am 20 years old and weigh 84Kgs, Just under 6 foot. Was wondering does any one have a good diet that will rip my body up. I currently train 6 days a week, cardio in the morning and boxing at night. Would like to know if anyone has a diet or some tips for toning the body up, not that I am fat just would like to be more defined and drop some kgs if possible so I can fight in a lighter weight instead of having to stack on the muscle to fight heavy weight.

Just drink water and eat nothing, that will get rid of those pesky pounds of lard.
Seriously all you need to drop is 3kg. From the sounds of it you don't understand anything about diet/food, buy a nutrition book so you understand what BMR and RMR are. You don't need any special diet, just modify your quantities of food.
