We all know he won't be unifying f*ck all. Domestic level fighter at best. He will get arse raped in America,:lol::lol: if he thinks he can "do" Broner.

Good bloke though :good

This.

The likes of fights against Broner, JMM were NEVER going to happen!

domestic level at best? hes a good fighter, better than broner who is all smoke and mirrors, burns is a top lightweight and would show it easily if ***** let him

He's hardly domestic level. Who at lightweight domestcally could beat Martinez, Katsidis, Moses? I highly doubt he'll be taking on any of the big boys, though

From what I am told that providing they win their upcoming fights that a Cleverly-Hopkins and Broner-Burns doubleheader is a done deal for February at Braclays Centre in New York.

Has he fought anything other than at Domestic level so far?

Domestic fighter until he proves his worth in America.

uh, yes quite clearly he has, and broner has already lost twice, and once to a fighter much much worse than burns

I mean its actually a pretty rediculous claim that a fighter in the top 3 of his division is called "domestic level"

plus, he's proved himself more than broner has, is it because broner won his fights in an american ring? that makes his wins better?

America isnt the be all and end all for a start. Moses former world champ, Katsidis former interim champ who gave JMM a good fight, Martinez recently got his title back.

Oh, cause the last time I looked Mr. Broner was 24-0? :hi:

Burns has fought domestic level fighters, and he is obviously a cut above that. But he hasn't shown it yet. Sooner or later, we'll get the fights like Broner, and we'll see then won't we?

broner has had a couple of dodgy decision, ponce de leon beat him, hes really nothing special, just speed fighting overmatched opponenets, burns has beaten Martinez, Katsidis, Moses and Mitchell, all better wins than anything Broner has done. He will beat Broner who is a massive hype job, whereas Burns has proven his worth

That would be great news.
I hope you're right because I heard that they're(you can guess who) trying to talk Ricky out of going to America to fight Broner under the guise that he won't get a fair crack. He wants it though and the best thing that could happen would be the WBO ordering it.

I genuinely believe they're shit feart of losing Ricky to GBP.They can't win a purse bid for a mandatory over there.
