Ive got the hip/foot pivot down, what should the rest of my lower body be doing?
So I get how to rotate my feet/ hips/ and snap my punches.
What else must my legs and feet be doing? Like do you dip / bend the rear knee when you cross? Do you stay on the ball of one foot and flat footed on the other foot? What else must my legs/feet etc be doing? |

Check the above link. Fran explains all the basics really well. It might not be exactly what you are looking for but he explains things so well that you should be able to make some good progress without too much one on one coaching. He covers everything including slipping, rolling, blocking, pivots, basic footwork and all the different punches and variations. |
