Corrie Sanders of 99 V.S Mercer of 95

Who takes this? Is Sanders sneaky, fast, heavy left straight enough to hurt Ray and possibly finish him? Or does this play out similar to the Morrison fight?

I think it would be a fun fight to watch. I see Sanders having a lot of moments early, maybe scoring a knock down or two. But getting stopped late. Kind of like the Rahman fight

Mercer probably outlasts him. Would be a good fight.

If Sanders were in shape and committed to boxing, he could win. Marcer probably would stop him though.

Yeah that's what I kinda think. But that out of nowhere straight left of Sanders was pretty venomous. I know Ray has been in with heavier punchers. Lewis, Morrison, Wladimir. But that Left of Sanders was so quick and had a lot of impact. Part of me thinks Sanders can get a shot in that Ray doesn't see coming. But at the same time Ray's chin is one of the best of all time.

The problem for Sanders is that Mercer had a titanium chin. I think Sanders has the speed and power to rock Mercer a couple of times, but his best chance of winning would come early on.
Mercer proved that he could hang in there, get knocked about & outboxed, but still come on strong later in the fight and win.

If Sanders could adjust, he could outbox Mercer, but it's a bit of a long shot. I think Mercer would grind Sanders down late.

Sanders only had his short bursts the first 2 maybe...maybe 3 rounds.

Titanium will likely outlast Sanders.

You're selling Sanders short.

This could be a battle of attrition if Corrie does not get his roadwork in and in that fight Mercer could stop him but a well conditioned Sanders was very quick, hard hitting and a southpaw that could confuse and befuddle Mercer and hurt the rock chinned Ray...but with these 2 you can never tell who would show up...A well conditioned Sanders could out speed Ray Mercer and outpoint Mercer...prime for prime a rough night for both...Sanders could also get the stop but a poor condition Corrie runs out of steam
