Who is this guy who is head of Hatton promotions, Richard ......??

Was he a boxer?? Doubt it....is he a financial backer?? Doubt it

So how has he become head of Hatton promotions and what are his credentials :think

If you mean Richard Poxon, He trained Clinton Woods. I believe he boxed as well and was diagnosed with Leukemia. Worked with Dennis Hobson for a long time.

I suspect he as a degree in buisness and Ricky likes him you can see that. He is on Ricky's level down to earth.

watching the hatton fight, he seemed not to be looking at the fight at all, which looked strange to me...he was texting away, not in a hurried business-like way...but in a casual 'not interested in the fight' way...or thats how it looked

He just reminds me of a university graduate who some how landed a graduate job as head of hatton promotions! Just wondered what his credentials was before I judge....

I don't know the answers but boxing is great for makes who want to make it and become S&C coaches, head trainers, part of the entourage, promoters, managers etc
