advice on training

Hey,

been doing some boxing training for a few months and looking for some advice/help to get me going in the right direction, as with most things you tend to be swamped with routines etc. i'll list what i'm currently doing and see if this is good enough, not really looking to fight just get fit but you never know!

5 x 8 chinups (i fit these in at work )

60 burpees

15 min cardio ab routine

4 x randy couture circuit training workout with 34kg on bar [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRpPHlDUC0Y[/ame]

7 x 3 minute rounds on heavy bag from a baz rutten audio workout
finish with 100 sit ups

some days i drop the cardio abs and skip for around 30 mins

on weekends usually go hiking

any help or advice is appreciated

cheers

What are you trying to accomplish? Let others know what your goals are then maybe someone will provide some better insight.

ok well mostly just to get fit in the first instance gain more muscle etc.
and then i'll think about joining a boxing gym don't think i'd cut it just now to be honest that's why i'm trying to put a routine together that can help me get to that point

cheers
