well looks like donaire/mares is never going to happen with the things Arum is saying in this interview. He has to bite his tongue, some of the things he said about the Showtime VP can be said about himself as well.

Great way to ensure HBO puts up good money for the fight by categorically refusing to take it to a competitor (a competitor whose creepy VP has produced higher ratings for the network than the current HBO head did during his tenure). Of course this is all just bollocks anyway since he refuses to co-promote, refuses to give GBP a reason to step aside, and since Mares is locked in with GBP for another year.
