What fighters do you think are going to take the torch and run in the future?
With today's elites getting no younger or better, which boxers are going to take the torch and run with it for years to come? Who do you think are going to dominate their divisions in future years? The likes of the Klitschko's are coming to the end and Mayweather is slowing down, who have dominated their respective divisions for years, who is going to take the torch and dominate? Are we ever gonna see this sort of domination again even?
I personally think boxing will become way more open when the guard changes. Have you seen someone personally, who hasnt really got into the limelight yet, who you think will make it at that level? If you just want to name names, fine, if you want to chose a fighter for every weight fine, this thread is open for discussion. I will get the ball rolling - Dont take to much offense to my picks, they are just my opinion. I'm undecided on some myself, hence the ? Andre Ward (kinda already is dominating, I expect this to continue for many years) Adrien Broner Chris Eubank Jr? Timothy Bradley Canelo Kal Yafai? Kell Brook? Tyson Fury? David Price? Deontay Wilder? Nathan Cleverly? Julio Chavez Jr? Peter Quillin? Hassan N'dam? Austin Trout Loads and loads more....I've named some of the obvious ones, time for you to take over and add (I havent really touched on the lower weights ;) ) |
