How To Train Yourself To Box (In a way)

Hey guys,I've found out a way to train yourself to be able to grabs the basics of punching, dodging and countering of boxing with little help from other and most work found out by myself.

I've always thought to look at boxers and study them but I looked at it a different way, I thought with the mind of a Coach/Trainer and it's helped with my boxing alot. I've sparred against many people and my performance has improved(according to them)
If you guys have any input on how to train yourself or train others please post

I think you'd need to get some training, pick up too many bad habits training yourself.

You'd be suprised how many bad habits you'll pick up from supposedly good coaches.

And that depends on the individual. I have seen many many boxing gyms where it was nearly impossible for many people to learn anything of value there

If you dont train boxing then you have to go to boxing gyms and observe trainers and trainings otherwise studying it yourself from books or videos is nearly impossible.Thats what im saying.
Dundee never laced a glove in his life but he was all the time in the gym observign, listening, taking notes.

With respect, Your not a boxer greys- I was taught to box but I broke down information myself and made sense of it to coach. You can pick up knowledge yourself but correct execution of it entirely by yourself is impossible in my experience.

You right about coaches though most I've come into contact with are absolute naff. But I learn from both good and bad coaches. If I watch a boxer and he is shit, I like to see what he's thinking- what makes him bad- what are his coaches missing.

The scary thing is the coaches don't see it. It's frustrating to see lads go to shit gyms and not trust your judgement but you can't save them all.
