Munoz was his mandatory he beat Franco in a SD when Munoz pulled out Franco got the gig. His trainer is puzzled he's broke apparently and would of recieived 12k after expenses and maybe won a world title.

Dib would beat Brunker and Tomlinson on the same night, Can't see him fighting either of those guys on a US card, they would be saved for here where the money would be for those fights.
