Margarito should have thrown more jabs and tried to use some lateral movement to step aside and should have thrown some body shots earlier and more often. definitley waited a lil too much ..but then again thats because williams was keeping him at bay with his whip (jab)

Cash, I was really really close to the ring. Margarito got DOMNIATED. It wasn't even a close fight. I gave Margarito 3 rounds being REAL generous on 1 of them.

I scored it 9-3 Williams. I think some people are just tools and are impressed by the crowd's cheering and ohhhs and ahhhhs. That's the only way I can explain some people seeing that fight as close.

he clearly did, there was like 2 rounds i gave to margo because crowd noise somehow made me believe Margo won the round, I bet if i watch it with the sound off i would of scored it more one sided for Williams.

That's cool, I've been caught up in the hype before and rooted for a fighter. Then after I watch it again and realize my scorecard is kinda messed up.

Btw, I always think scoring with the sound off is a bad idea, you can often use the sound of the punches as a factor in scoring them. And it really shouldn't be that hard after all to ignore the commentators and the crowd if your scoring objectively.

well i can understand why people are saying that. There was so much talk of how awesome margarito is and how mayweather turned down such a big payday to fight him casue he would lose to margarito. He wasn't exposed as a bad fighter but he was exposed that hes not as good as those people made him out to be.
