yeah, boxing. I need to cut it, probably add some music over the top, and maybe have a black fade in screen at the start and end with some basic text.

Easy to do?

If you want to add some music at the background and some effect.. use Windows Movie Maker... very simple and easy to use.. download it from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Play around with it and get used to it...

Who is boxing on the video?

Training footage, or at least it will be. Should be Jamie Moore, Mark Thompson & Alex Matvienko.

Sony Vegas is good...... Movie Maker is too - very flexible

I do quite a bit of stuff with both of them.

Remember that if is is going online then they will need to be compressed quite a bit so don't add too much to it all.

Yup, compressing is a pain in the ass as it detracts from the quality slightly, but its a small price to pay.

I like mark too, he punches like a horse kicks and no bugger wants to fight him.

Do it with and without - then see what you thinks best.

Putting a soundtrack over isn;t really that hard to do - so just try it both ways and see how it looks.

As mentioned, I think you have to get the music just right - It can make or break it really. Leaving it out takes that stress away.
