You want calusses on your shoulder? Just wear a shirt man, seriously. Also hitting someone with the shoulders isn't really effective, you'd be better off throwing punches. I also doubt it's legal, but I don't know.

its not but it knocks them off balance because i am really good at doing it because of football. and when i hit them with it they lost ther balacne and then a good straight right knocks them right over.

yeah, still do it, and with a shirt off. My trainer (who mainly does boxing with me, but mixes in some MMA stuff) had me throw knees on the bag, and I ****ed them up bad. The skin got ripped off and took a week and a half to heal. But now I can knee as much as I want without feeling a thing. The same principle applies to your situation.

You really do have some crazy and unique training techniques. In my mates gym, they do a exercise called bulling. Its where you get shoulder to shoulder with a partner and basically, try and push each other back using your strength.

You could get one of them, pads that NFL players use when practicing tackling, and bull into that.

Try doing some testicle hitting training, where you hit the bag as hard as you can with your gonads. I hear it too is very effective.
