I was wondering how many rest days I should take a week.
My week usually goes like this:
3 times a week, I'll run 2.5 miles at home, do 100 situps, 100 pushups, do 50 tricep dips, and punch with weights. Then, I'll go to the boxing gym and do 6 rounds of rope, 6 rounds of the heavy bag, 6 rounds of the speed bag, and 3 rounds of the double end bag. I'll get sparring in for 3 rounds once a week.
3 other times a week, I'll run 2.5 miles at home, do 100 situps and pushups, 50 tricep dips, and punch with weights.
I usually skip calisthenics once a week and take one rest day.
Should I take two rest days or is one good enough?
