No one said every person in the human race. Obviously someone who's 6'8" 250 is going to have a different BMR than someone who is 4'11" 90 lbs.

The point is two 165lb guys who are both about 5'9" are not gonna have very different metabolisms unless there's a medical condition.

And I guarantee frogs turn into dragons.
