IMO you should not join a weight gym it will only make you slower and less flexible not to mention heavier.

I think I am going to avoid joining the gym again and just focus on my running and circuits.
I only started boxing in March so I sort of feel I have a lot to do fitness wise (all in my head as the people at boxing said I trained hard1)
