I have increased my shadow boxing as I wasnt getting enough of that in. Along with hill sprints I would say shadow boxing is the hardest thing im doing at the moment, it is so tiring.
If shadow boxing is "so tiring" you need to work on your fitness. And i personally wouldnt do shadow boxing anyways, cuz if your shadow boxing for 2 months out of a gym then you WILL pick up some bad habits
