First ever boxing class

Boxing drills -- Negatives(Uncoordinated, clumsy); Positives (I think I have good reflexes as I was parrying jabs with some ease.)
Conditioning drills -- Exhausting, but it wasn't that bad thanks to previous running sessions.

I was quite shy. I'm a reserved person so it was kind of a bummer to deal with. It's a nice place with nice people nonetheless.

I will buy my own gloves. The gloves stinks. I prefer it be my stink than others stink ahah.

I was thinking of doing two strength training session per week, but I will drop them and do boxing classes instead. (4 per week). I'll focus on the boxing basics first and worry about strength later.

Tomorrow will be interval session!
