Default whats your oppinion on using the arm bike/arm cycle for fitness

do you think it will increase fitness and endurance, is there better options for improving fitness, i was thinking of doing 3*2 minuite rounds with 1 min rest increasing rounds as i gett fitter, whats you thoughts
