I went jogging on my lunch break. About 2.3 miles in about 15 minutes. Next time I'll probably do more miles and more time. I'll definitely track the time.
I'm always learning new stuff. I'm always dead after the class. My foot pivot while punching is getting better.
I need to work on my balance and work on not over extending while punching the air. It hurts my elbows.
