Training while strained/tight
Ive just started training properly so my stamina is fairly woeful. After a heavy session i need probably 3/4days before i feel 100% again. Because the gym is awkward to get to due to buses,work hours, cost. i only want to go when im feeling good otherwise its not really worthwhile.
Anyway point being. If i train 2days after a heavy session id likely have some tightness in my legs, back, shoulders depending on what i worked particularly hard. The question im asking is how much benefit would i get from training (sparring, bag work, skipping etc) when im already slightly tight, ignoring obvious reduced performance?? Would it be better to wait another day and go when i felt nearer top form or get the extra amount of training in??
