Re: On A Scale Of One To Ten, How Important Is Lifting Weights?
True Lefty, but were all looking for adaptions through feel, the fastest response unit in our ****nal. So the problem I have with weights, metal ones are they are constant, where the neuromuscular system is not, levers, contractions, different ressitance reqiurments. It depends how you look at it, I have over the yearsusing rubber as resistance, better as it works simular to muscle as regarding expansion and contractionhelping not to tighten tendons as much if at all. I mention the slap or the Tickle a few times, that was in regards to this subject. Been using it for a few year now, the results weve got are making a lot of top people come on board. talk later.
