Re: Training while strained/tight
As suggested by Virus, train as normal and gradually increase your intensity depending upon your stamina levels, your body will tell you.
Take plenty of rest as well, I am currently recovering from an ankle injury, happened during my conditioning training, I probably pushed it too hard.
No training for 4 weeks and its killing me.
