I think he means you cant sprint constantly at a constant pace. your body will naturally slow as you get more tired. i do tabata burpees at the end of a circuit session. these are pretty good. just keep hammering them out best effort. then interval session and hill sprints as well to mix it up.
You may be overdoing it a litle bit though, unless your training for a fight.
