Try squats, bench presses, rows, shoulder press, hyper extensions, upright rows. stiff leg deadlifts, tricep, presses, curls. start out with 30-50 lb barbell and do 8-12 reps. One giant super set it seems light at first, but it gets hard dowm the stretch.
