Experience:
Light training Kickboxing for 7 months ( Nothing Serious )
Heavy Boxing training for 9 Months ( Very serious )

Goals:
~ Increase my endurance by alot (Reached)
~ Increase handspeed/power (Reached)
~ Till i get my first fight (May 5th & June have kickboxing fights but will continue until my first Boxing fight)



Wednesday 31st August '11( 9 AM ):
~ 20 Mins fast pace running with a few sprint bursts
~ 3x3 Round shadowboxing with 2Kg weights
~ 200 Ab work
~ 3x3 Rounds Punching bag
~ 200 ab work
~ 2x3 Round Skip rope

Note: today wanted to mainly do some fitness, not much technique at all apart from that bit of shadowboxing for some easy footwork. Did a few pads for 2 beginners and they really enjoyed it

( 7 PM ) ( Light Training ):
~ 5 Minutes Shadowboxing
~ 4 Touch combos x10 ( Abwork/Floorwork )
~ 300 Regular Abwork
~ 1 set ;
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Pushups
- 10 One leg squats
- 10 Regular squats

Note: just a quick training just to do that little bit extra than i usually would. A little let down i only did 1 Set, ill be aiming to do 3 next time. Overall was pleasent
