Thursday 1st Septembre: ( 5PM - 7:30PM )

~ 2x3 Rounds Skiprope
~ 2 Rounds shadowboxing
~ 1 Round shadowboxing with 2Kg Weights
~ 1 Round Speedball
~ 5 Minutes skiprope

Note:
Uncomfortable training due to the floor being slippery since it was an evening session and floor was sweaty (Thats why i love morning training). Very happy, coach Brown was amazed by me and asked how long ive been training, after i replied he was speechless and said that i was going to become a great fighter. Made my day, surely going to motivate for tomorrow morning at 7am
