Friday 2nd :
~ 4x3 Skippingrope
~ 3x1 Floor plank
~ 3x3 Shadowboxing
~ 2x3 Punching Bag
~ 1x3 Heavybag

Sets of 3;
- 5 Tuck Jumps
- 5 Pushups

Sets of 3;
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Pushups
- 5 Double Leg Squat Thrust
- 5 Crunches
~ 300 Abwork ( Floorwork ) ( Sets of 50 )

4 Touch Combo x10;
- Side Situp
- Other side situp
- Situp
- Inner situp

Set;
- 10 Pushups
- 5s Break
- 9 Pushups
- 5s Break
...
- 1 Pushup
- 5 seconds hold


Note:
Very good intense fitness training, improved alot regarding heavybag. Very happy i managed to take the sets up to x3 instead of x1 like last time and i did more work with them to, seeing quite an improvement.
