- Crunches
- Pushups
- Squat jumps forward
- Dumpbell Punches
- Jumping Jacks
- Squat jumps forward
- Double leg thrust squat
- Single leg thrust squat
- Squat jumps forward
- Medicine Ball Side twists
- Crunches

Abwork;

3 Touch combo x10
- Bicycle Left
- Bicycle Right
- Scissors touch heel

4 Touch combo x10
- Side situp
- Other side situp
- Situp
- Inner Situp

Note:
Very intense training, really enjoyed it. Was alone in the gym which was very good and comfortable to train.
