Thursday 22nd:
~ 5Km Run very very fast
~ 3x3 Shadowboxing

Set x3;
- 3 Minutes Pads
- 3 Minutes Shadowboxing

Conditioning;
- Squats
- Burpees
- Pushups

~ Abwork ( 150 Hard ) Sets of 50


Note:
Very tiring day, the better i get the harder it becomes and the more i love it.
