Monday, Wedneday, Friday - Boxing Class
Tuesday, Thurday - 30 to 60 mins aerobic training (120 to 150 heart beat per min)
Saturday - Some kind of weight training (Rippetoe's SS or 5/3/1)
Sunday - Jerk off
In a month or two, I'll add more anaerobic stuff.
