~ 6x3 Punching Bag
Flight of stairs x8 ( 75 Stairs )
Abwork ;
- 3 Touch x15
- 2 Touch x10
- 2 Touch x30
Set x3 ; ( 15 Second Break )
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Doubleleg thrustsquats
- 4 Single hand pushups ( 2 Each Hand )
Note:
Still hoping to find a fight.. Training extremely hard, and need to improve my hand conditioning cause i noticed that my hands got tired quick in sparring whilst my whole body still feels fresh
