SATURDAY

3 sets 8 reps Weighted Pullups (+25lbs)
3 sets 4 reps One Arm Pushups

All with 10lbs using as many sets as needed:
100 reps Neck Curls
100 reps Neck Lifts
100 reps Neck Side Lifts per side

2:00 Knuckle Support on kitchen floor (1-2)
2:00 Knuckle Support on kitchen floor (2-3-4)

May do more
