Wednesday 12 ( 10 AM ):
~ 1x3 Skiprope
~ 4x3 Punching bag ( All Out , AKA Hell )

Set x3 ;
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Doubleleg Thrust squats

~ 400 Abwork

Set ;
- 10 Pushups
- 5s Break
- 9 Pushups
- 5s Break
...
- 1 Pushup
- 5s Hold

( 7 PM ):
~ 3x3 Skiprope
~ 1x3 Floorplank

Set x3 ; ( 30 Seconds Each )
- Burpees on floor bag
- Light weights reps
- Medicine ball side twists
- Situps
- Fast punches
- Dumbell punches

~ 3x3 Punching bag
~ 1x3 Pads

Set ;
- 10 Pushups
- 5s break
- 9 Pushups
- 5s break
...
- 1 Pushup
- 5s Hold

~ 400 Abwork


Note:
Was a beast today. Did very well and both coaches were very very happy with my result. Hoping to go train with Scott tomorrow.
