Had some yard work to do, so I basically turned it into a workout. Had to move about 50 pavers from the garage to the other side of the yard, put the weight vest on, and every time I was in the garage I'd do a set of push ups or a set of chin ups (only got about 3 out in a set, and I was quickly reduced to doing negatives). Didn't count how many trips I made, but I was pretty done by the end of it.
