Much like yesterday I was at work with **** all to do, so I was doing sets of chin ups off an empty bag stand, 5 a time. And then doing a one arm press with a kettlebell, 6x20kg, and then grabbing the only barbell we have (~25kg) and doing 20 shoulder presses as fast as I could. Don't know how many sets I did throughout the day, but I'll judge by how sore I am tomorrow.
