side heel touch crunches (not sure what to call it)
chinnies
1:00 rest (2 rounds)

100 neck curls
100 neck lifts
100 neck side curls
100 neck side curls (other)

2:00 fingertip supports
2:00 knuckle supports on floor (knuckles 1-2)
2:00 knuckle supports on floor (knuckles 2-3-4)
