Add that to the fact that domestic boxing in here is going through a rough patch with terrestrial tv unwilling to fork out the money to televise fights.
There was talks of him fighting Audley. That would be great exposure for him. Truth be told, he'd be better off fighting in America. The good news is he will be legible for Irish citizenship soon which means he could fight for Irish and European titles. Martin Rogan would be a good opponent for him.
Fighters thinking there is too much to lose and nothing to gain is the problem with the sport. Guys like Chisora and Fury will go through their entire careers not fighting because it is high risk, and end up not fighting and losing skill level or possible lucrative televised deals. Then when they get their BIG FIGHT after 30 plus fights in a little over 10 plus years in the sport, they are too old to make the real money they could have made if they fought for the right to be undisputed champion today.
Back in the day a fight with the likes of Perez vs. either Helenius, Chisora, Price or Fury would have been made because it would be a title eliminator bout at the very least.
